Tracy Thomas Terhark, 46, died June 28, 2012, at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.

He was born May 30, 1966, in Van Wert to Arthur Thomas "Tom" and Shirley L. Stover Terhark. His mother survives in Cairo and his father preceded him in death. He was previously married to Misty Mauk.

Mr. Terhark was a 1985 graduate of Bath High School and attended Apollo School. He was employed by Honda Transmission as a laboratory technician for 10 years and was previously employed by Marathon Electric for 15 years. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge in Lakeview, was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler's fan, enjoyed going to auctions and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors also include a son, Tanner Thomas Terhark, of Lima; two daughters, Kristan Terhark and Tatelynn Terhark, both of Lima; a brother, Trent Allen Terhark, of Columbus; two sisters, Tina Louise Terhark, of Belle Center, and Bridgett Fraase, of Springfield, Ill.

Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Eastside Chapel. The Rev. Richard Rakay will officiate. Burial will be in Cairo-East Cemetery.
